Software Development Engineer, Buyer Safety Experience

As one of first engineers of the Buyer Safety Experience team in BLR, you will help build and grow a two-pizza team, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide across Program and Product. Your role will be heavily customer-obsessed, building solutions to ensure Amazon is Earth's safest place to shop. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 3+ years of building complex software systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
