Software Development Engineer, Customer Experience and Business Trends

- Lead and grow a high-performing software development team focused on delivering reliable data pipelines that meet executive-level quality standards and consumption requirements - Drive technical roadmap planning and execution for data platforms, ensuring architectural decisions align with long-term strategic goals and support scalable, maintainable systems - Conduct regular 1:1s with team members, providing mentorship, career development guidance, and performance management to build a team that delivers successfully without constant oversight - Validate data quality standards and implement mechanisms to ensure data reliability meets the stringent requirements for leadership consumption and decision-making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define team vision, manage competing priorities, and communicate technical decisions effectively across the organization BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
