- Design and build infrastructure and automation to deliver reliable data pipelines that meet executive-level quality standards and consumption requirements - Own key features of our automation lifecycle from scoping, and execution. - Work with stakeholders across the technical benchmarking team to define and build features to measure customer-critical performance metrics - Own key components of our custom built multi-cloud orchestration framework. - Collaborate with multiple teams to continuously raise the bar on AWS service performance - Design and develop agentic AI systems for automated anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and remediation of data pipeline failures - Build and productionize agentic benchmark infrastructure creation systems that enable automated dashboard provisioning with minimal human intervention - Develop AI-driven troubleshooting agents that can autonomously diagnose performance regressions, data quality issues, and pipeline health degradation BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - Experience building agentic AI/LLM-based automation systems (e.g., autonomous agents, tool-using LLMs, ReAct patterns)
