As an SDE, you are responsible for setting a high bar throughout the software development and deployment lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, testing, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development(both backend and frontend) in Java, Python, react, AWS technologies. He/she will work closely with the business and technical teams to analyze many non-standard and unique business problems and use creative problem solving to build quick Proofs of concept and deliver production grade software. He/she will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big and be creative while paying careful attention to detail and will enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - 3+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full stack development experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - 3+ years of building production software experience
