Software Development Engineer II, EU INTech - Prime and Marketing Tech

- Design and implement scalable, cloud-native distributed systems using serverless architectures, event-driven patterns, and microservices on AWS to support EU Prime customer engagement across marketing channels - Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate GenAI/LLM technologies and ML pipelines into production systems that drive personalized customer experiences at scale - Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle including code reviews, architecture reviews, testing, deployment, and operational excellence activities while mentoring team members on high-quality engineering practices - Drive technical decisions and design solutions for ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives that balance new feature development with system reliability, performance optimization, and maintainability - Identify and resolve root causes of operational issues while continuously improving team operations, documentation, and processes to reduce single-threaded dependencies and build team resilience BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
