Amazon Finance Technology is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to work on FinTech Treasury. In this role, you will build treasury solutions that manage bank balances, cash flows, and cash-impacting transactions, supporting financial movements across all Amazon businesses. You will build a next-generation, horizontally scalable platform that will transact hundreds of billions of dollars each year as Amazon grows into a multi-trillion-dollar company. The platform supports banking and financial services capabilities that enable cash flow tracking and payment execution across Amazon’s global operations. You should be comfortable working with highly abstracted, extensible systems in a multi-tenant, microservice-oriented architecture. As a Software Development Engineer in Finance Technology, you will be responsible for d BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
