Design and implement scalable technical solutions for key Prime benefit products that reach millions of members worldwide, ensuring operational sustainability and performance at scale Lead technical problem-solving for complex architectural components, contributing to the full software development lifecycle including scoping, design, code, testing, deployment, and maintenance Collaborate with senior engineers to develop architecture solutions and provide meaningful feedback through active participation in code reviews for team members at all levels Drive technical innovations in the benefits space through adoption of novel approaches and technologies, balancing customer requirements with team operational needs Mentor junior engineers on software development best practices while documenting team software construction, testing, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
