Software Development Engineer, PXT Case Management System

1. Design and develop platform features end-to-end, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with AWS best practices 2. Contribute to engineering excellence by raising the bar on code quality, testing, and operational standards 3. Build AI-powered capabilities using AWS services to automate routine support steps and surface intelligent recommendations to HR professionals Implement reliable integrations across HR systems with data security and compliance built in 4. Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into shipping software 5. Own service operational health — proactively investigate alarms, drive root cause analyses, and continuously improve system reliability 6. Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and onboarding support BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience programming with at least one software programming language - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
