- Plan, create, and maintain large-scale software releases, libraries, and version control strategies across the organization, ensuring consistent and reliable delivery cycles. - Design, develop, and deploy robust CI/CD solutions that automate build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple teams and environments. - Architect tools, frameworks, and processes that enforce code quality standards, including static analysis, automated testing integration, and pre-merge validation gates. - Leverage and integrate AI capabilities to enhance developer productivity, automate repetitive engineering tasks, and continuously improve release workflows - Define and govern branching models (e.g., Gitflow, trunk-based development), merge policies, and repository hygiene standards across the organization - Maintain and scale build infrastructure BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development testing experience - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design - Experience in penetration testing and exploitability-focused vulnerability assessment - Experience in platform-level security mitigations and hardening for Linux and Windows PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environment - Experience with security in service-oriented architectures and web services
