Software Development Manager, Delta Change Management Service

Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of large-scale financial systems with significant business impact, establishing high standards for processes and execution to ensure quality and efficiency. Build and nurture a high-performing team through effective hiring, mentoring, and skills development, creating an environment that fosters innovation and continuous learning. Drive technical architecture decisions that ensure systems are highly-available, dynamically scalable, and resilient, establishing mechanisms to measure and improve performance. Develop and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap while effectively executing projects in an Agile environment and participating in business reviews with executive leadership. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment, evaluating complex business requirements and communicating inherent risks and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of engineering experience - 3+ years of engineering team management experience - 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience - Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations - Experience partnering with product or program management teams - Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy - Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
