Key Requirements The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. The best candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation in a high volume environment and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. They will need to demonstrate an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. Core Responsibilities Recruit passive candidates with the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or above - Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines - Experience in progressive corporate or search firm recruiting with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market - Experience executing recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level - 2+ years of passive candidate generation experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
