Use your investigative skills to determine if policy was applied properly and consistently based on evidence and employee/witness statements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with HR processes and systems - Experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or experience with Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote - Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks - 3+ years of human resources experience - Demonstrated proficiency handling customer contacts, queries and resolutions. - Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards - Comfort with high volume workloads, experience with rapid and complex changing work environment, willingness to "roll up your sleeves PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management - Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards - 4+ years of contact center experience, or experience in the customer service/contact center industry - Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS - Proven ability to follow existing process with high attention to detail. - Additional languages a plus.
