Sr. Associate, WHS Central Programs Team, India

• End to end ownership of their deliverables with optimum quality and adherence to timelines (SLA). • Communication with Internal Stakeholders within the CPT as well as larger WHS Organization. • Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results. • Scope out business and functional requirements for the CPT team who create and enhance the WHS programs. • Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered. • Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environment related field or Engineering PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with AI/ML technologies - Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent - Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations
