Sr Business Dev Manager, Amazon Pay- Core Payments & Acceptance

• Develop and manage relationships with major banks and fintechs in IN • Negotiate strategic projects with banking and network partners to lower cost of payments • Collaborate with internal teams (category, finance, marketing, operations) to align goals for Amazon businesses • Organize and lead top-level leadership workshops to create and implement quarterly and annual joint business plans • Conceptualize and pitch new strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders • Analyze market trends, latest developments and partnership opportunities to drive business growth BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6+ years of professional or military experience - Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - 8+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience - MBA - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - Strong communication skills which include the ability to write compelling, concise documents. - Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps - Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations - Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs - E
