• Lead foundational model training - Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate foundational models and LLMs for design-specific tasks including image generation, video synthesis, style transfer, and content enhancement • Build custom GenAI functionalities - Architect and develop production-ready tools, APIs, and platforms from the ground up to serve creative teams at scale • Own the technical roadmap - Define and drive the long-term technical vision for GenAI adoption across visual content production • Develop and optimize AI pipelines - Build end-to-end inference and training pipelines leveraging cloud-based ML platforms • Drive experimentation and R&D - Lead research efforts to evaluate emerging models, architectures, and BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution, or experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers - Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution, or experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design - Experience building production software applications or understanding software development, distributed systems, and systems architecture - Knowledge PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of databases and AWS database services: ElasticSearch, Redshift, DynamoDB - Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization of model execution, or experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team - Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics). - Ex
