Sr. Learning Design Manager, Global Solutions and Risk Compliance (GSRC)

People Management & Team Leadership • Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Learning Design Managers (LDMs), setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews • Build team capability through structured development plans, identifying skill gaps, and creating growth opportunities for direct reports • Own hiring, onboarding, and retention of LDM talent; bar-raise for the team through effective interview loops and talent assessments • Manage workload distribution across the team, balancing capacity against program priorities and deadlines • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and psychological safety within the team • Mentor and multiply L&D design capability across the organization to scale production and efficiency Strategic Learning Design & Program Delivery • Should be able to work on Amazon Learn (Reporting), Articulate Storyline 360, Amazon Learn Content Creation (Addie), Learning Genome, Xyleme & Vyond (preferably also know Figma & Canva) • Lead end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale, enterprise-wide learning programs (e.g., automated new hire learning paths, hands-on labs, collaborative learning forums) serving 300+ employees across global sites • Translate complex, process-specific technical concepts into engaging, scalable learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes (defect reduction, productivity improvement) • Develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals, navigating significant ambiguity (e.g., new task onboarding with regulatory requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of team management experience - 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
