Sr Manager, Vendor Mgmt, AWIPL

• Managing a full P&L, including planning, forecasting and driving growth for the AWIPL business, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business and its P&L. • Execute a strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, marketing legal, tech). • Develop and lead a multi-functional team of Vendor Managers and Program Manager • Lead day-to-day operational aspects of the business, including gathering and addressing customer and vendor feedback, price management, and business improvement initiatives. • Setting goals and strategic direction for the business, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision. • Representing Amazon when meeting with senior executive teams from top vendors and building long term strategic relationships. • Generating and implementing big ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and scale within the category and across the Retail business. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years of operational and/or retail management experience - 8+ years of team management experience - MBA - Experience delivering results, setting strategy, and running a large volume and high profile business PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience leading and transforming highly effective organizations - Experience managing teams
