Sr Mgr, Solution Architecture

As a Sr. Solutions Architecture Manager, you will lead a team of skilled Solutions Architects who partner with large Enterprises India. You will be hands-on, working directly with customers on significantly complex technical challenges while coaching your team to elevate their impact. You should bring proven strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and demonstrated ability to influence across organizations. You will need to be technically capable and credible in your own right—able to architect solutions to significantly complex problems, decompose technical complexity into straightforward solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to CxOs. Simultaneously, you must be effective in developing the customer-facing and technical skills of your experienced team members. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business - 10+ years of managing a technical team of solution architects, sales engineers or similar technical roles experience - 8+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc. - Experience in people management and CXO level engagement PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud - AWS Professional level certification
