-Manage engagement with senior stakeholders across multiple teams -Manage, track and report on order creation, cancellations -Manage disputes and follow through with cross functional teams for reconciliation -Own and launch new initiatives to improve vendor, liquidator and seller experience -Weekly operational metrics review and financial reporting BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
