Sr. Product Manager, Credit and Lending, Amazon Credit and Lending

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager (L6) to drive usage and engagement on APL — growing activity rates, deepening consumption, and simplifying the discovery, usage, and repayment experience, all while keeping abuse and fraud in check. This is a high-impact, data-intensive role requiring close partnership with lender, technology, marketing, and customer service teams. - Grow activity & usage — Improve activity rates and transaction frequency across customer segments through product interventions spanning discovery, usage, and repayment. - Simplify the customer experience — Streamline the discovery, usage, and repayment journey, and design tiered rewards programs that enhance consumption and stickiness. - Expand acceptance — Drive ubiquity of acceptance of credit lines on Amazon as well as off Amazon, across both online and offline merchants. Manage the credit lifecycle — Own credit limit management (upgrades/downgrades) and upselling, balancing consumption growth with control of abuse and fraud. - Own strategy & roadmap — Define the market opportunity, engagement and usage strategy, and product roadmap; secure sign-off from senior leadership - Cross-functional collaboration — Partner with tech, sales, operations, marketing, and CS teams through structured WBR/MBR governance cadences to drive outcomes. - Defi BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products - 8+ years of product management or technology experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with financial services, payments or e-commerce - Experience working with financial services partners - Familiarity with India's credit regulatory landscape - MBA or equivalent advanced degree - Track record of driving measurable growth in usage, engagement, or retention programs
