Sr. Product Manager, Credit and Lending, Amazon Credit and Lending

- Develop and drive the long-term vision, roadmap for key product capabilities for new user-acquisition - Partner with lenders/stakeholders to achieve the vision, in conjunction with other payments teams - Own the end-to-end issuance funnel from eligibility definition through pre-approval to successful registration, in alignment with lender partner. - Solve difficult and complex topics such as improving reach, application approval rates, on and off Amazon - Improve customer onboarding - Conduct funnel deep-dives, identify drop-off drivers, and continuously enhance the onboarding experience to improve conversion. - Reduce customer attrition - Devise and execute programs to retain customers through timely, proactive interventions that address churn triggers. - Own customer experience - Drive systemic improvements to customer experience, perform deep-dives on escalations, and manage VOC programs in partnership with Customer Service. - Define metrics & reporting — Establish success metrics and maintain rigorous tracking to inform roadmap prioritization. - Cross-functional collaboration — Partner closely with lender, tech, marketing, and CS through structured mechanisms to drive outcomes. - Make smart tradeoffs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communic BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products - - 8+ years of product management, product marketing, business development or technology experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or credit products - Experience working with external partners (banks, NBFCs, or fintechs) - Familiarity with India's credit regulatory landscape - MBA or equivalent advanced degree - Track record of driving measurable growth in acquisition or retention programs
