Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Pharmacy

1. Define and execute the roadmap for how prescriptions are dispensed, pharmacist-verified, and assembled into shipments across manual and automated workcells at all site formats (small-format, regional, kiosks). 2. Define and track metrics across the fill-verify-pack pipeline; identify bottlenecks, set targets, and partner with engineering to deliver measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, and cost-per-shipment. 3. Work with Hardware and Software Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Clinical Excellence, Finance, and In-Stock partners to provide solutions and drive improvements 4. Influence without authority across multiple teams and organizations to drive outcomes in a matrixed environment 4. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Master's degree - Experience building under-the-roof fulfillment tools - Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated fulfillment
