Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Pharmacy

- Define the product vision and multi-year roadmap for pharmacy supply chain systems: demand forecasting, procurement, inventory placement and capacity planning - Translate complex supply chain and healthcare constraints (expiry, controlled substances, state regulations) into product requirements that engineering teams can build against - Design and own the end-to-end metrics framework for pharmacy supply chain health within your domain - Work with Operations, Compliance, Vendor Management, Fulfillment, Finance, and In-Stock partners to provide solutions and drive improvements - Partner with Applied Scientists and ML Engineers to define success criteria for forecasting models, optimization algorithms, and automated decision systems - Influence without authority across multiple teams and organizations to drive outcomes in a matrixed environment BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - Knowledge of writing and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics - Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics or equivalent - Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated supply chains - Experience with ML/AI product management — defining success criteria for models, managing model lifecycle, A/B testing ML systems
