Sr. Product Manager, Tech, Amazon Prime

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Prime Value offers — from strategy and concept to development and launch. Develop a long-term roadmap for enhancing existing benefits and introducing new ones aligned with customer needs and business goals. Partner with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality experiences. Evaluate trade-offs and make high-judgment decisions to balance customer delight, operational complexity, and scalability. Use customer insights and behavioral data to inform benefit construct and optimize adoption and engagement. Partner with international teams to ensure global alignment while building locally relevant solutions. Represent Prime Value offers in leadership forums and contribute to planning processes like OP1/2, QBRs, and MBRs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
