Sr. Product Manager - Tech , IES - Emerging Stores

Roadmap Management: Define and own a high-quality product roadmap for Navigation and Multi-Store Format Simplification, grounded in business strategy, customer insights, and data. Drive a cross-functional process to translate the desired customer experience into a prioritized, logically sequenced roadmap. Build alignment and buy-in with internal stakeholders and global partner teams. Requirements & Design: Partner with UX and engineering teams to develop clear, high-quality requirements. Manage scope for each release to deliver key capabilities on time while maintaining a high bar for customer experience. Product Launch & Adoption: Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and experiences. Work closely with engineering, science, and marketing teams to drive adoption and measure impact. Metrics & Optimization: Define and monitor key performance metrics to track customer impact and business outcomes. Continually optimize based on data, experimentation, and customer feedback. Operational Excellence: Be comfortable with hands-on, day-to-day problem solving and implementing quick, effective action plans to meet short-term priorities — while equally able to develop and articulate a 3-year strategic vision. Leadership Communication: Prepare and present business reviews to senior leadership, clearly BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
