Sr. Program Manager, Abuse Prevention

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing our returns and concessions cost reduction and abuse prevention programs for India. In this role, you will: - Lead the efforts to reduce policy and process defects and associated abuse to reduce cost of returns and concessions - Run cross-functional product and program mechanisms across business, product, and tech stakeholders - Streamline cross-functional collaboration to establish program goals, KPIs, and track progress at regular intervals. Identify potential blockers upfront and find solutions. - Manage the roadmaps and publish quarterly updates on achievements and learnings. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of post Master's, full-time relevant industry (professional or military) experience - full-time MBA program in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Lean/Six Sigma - Master's degree - Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
