Move key partners from a single production use-case to a multi-signal, multi-leader relationship. 3. Build executive sponsorship. Develop VP-level relationships within partner organizations. 4. Run structured account governance. Establish and own QBRs, health checks, and roadmap alignment sessions with partner leadership. Surface partner needs and translate them into requirements that influence CAM's product roadmap. 5. Represent strategic customers inside CAM. Bring the voice of your accounts into CAM product planning (sprint prioritization, feature roadmap, science investments).
