Sr. Program Manager, Cost of Returns

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing our returns and concessions cost reduction and abuse prevention programs for India. In this role, you will: - Lead the efforts to reduce policy and process defects and associate abuse to reduce cost of returns and concessions - Run cross-functional product and program mechanisms across business, product, and tech stakeholders - Streamline cross-functional collaboration to establish program goals, KPIs, and track progress at regular intervals. Identify potential blockers upfront and find solutions. - Manage the roadmaps and publish quarterly updates on achievements and learnings. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
