Sr Tech Infra Program Manager, DCPD

Senior Infrastructure TPM owns delivery of new DC across one or more availability zones in Hyderabad, Telangana India. The Sr TIPM manages delivery of ~5 projects at any time. They bridge internal customers, business functions, (Planning, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Policy, Operations), and functional delivery teams (Construction, Commissioning, Controls, Fiber and Network) to enable on-time and right sized delivery of new DC capacity. The Sr TIPM is able to guide and develop partner teams to accomplish the regions goal. The scope begins with early expansion planning, which includes a feasibility analysis to approve expansion plans and associated build timelines. They evaluate multiple factors prior to approving a new plan of record, including owned/leased/collocated DC supply, utility delivery (power, water, and fiber), and long lead equipment (LLE) availability. It requires region-wide knowledge and monitoring of in-flight projects, major risks, and remediation efforts to ensure DC delivery is not only on track to meet supply commitments but also to meet customer demand, which is constantly changing. A successful TPM Manager must be capable of managing a combination of metrics, tools, and mechanisms to remain aware of ongoing risks or issues that require their action, decision, mitigations, or effort to identify alternative solutions communicating up, down, and acr BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience - 4+ years of project management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management - Experience in construction of data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction), mission critical facilities, or equivalent industrial/manufacturing facility builds - Knowledge of mission critical systems (data centers, hospitals, power plants, military facilities, etc.)
