In this role: - You manage complex infrastructure builds, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms, or deprecating processes that are no longer needed. These efforts require you to work with multiple teams in and/or across organizations. - You are accountable for the overall strategy of a large program. You successfully manage all stages (from concept to delivery). Your program meets business goals and/or shows measurable improvements in your customer’s experience, business or employee efficiency or execution, compliance adherence, financial or other metrics, etc. - You understand the interdependencies and functionality of the technologies you work with (e.g. customer requirements, deployme BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field - Experience in project/program management - Knowledge of information technology infrastructure domains such as compute server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, technologies and architectures, IT service delivery principles and best practices - Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise, influencing others and problem solving with engineering teams - Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experienc PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in one or more of the following areas: data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical fields - project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and critical path manag
