Sr. Technical Program Manager, Alexa Sensitive Content Intelligence

• A senior TPM in Sensitive Content Intelligence will make critical decisions on customer needs and will guide the delivery priorities of the engineering and science teams. • Manage science based projects, builds release schedules in coordination with engineering, and launches. • Aligned with the leadership goals and roadmap, the senior TPM will collect the data and measure the delivery outcome to ensure that the solution meets the CX expectations. • Build relationships and manage by influence in a matrix organization to solve complex AI problems with tight timelines • The senior TPM owns the project execution, progress, success metrics and status communication in Leadership Review (LR) meetings to directors and VPs. • The role manages the project risks, removes the project blockers and resolves issues for timely feature delivery. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
