Sr Technical Program Manager, Global Procurement Technology

Key Job Responsibilities: - Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology programs — from requirements gathering and design through build, launch, and iteration. - Develop functional and non-functional requirements, high-level technical designs, systems integration plans, and technical specifications in partnership with engineering, product and business teams. - Drive architecture and design discussions, applying deep knowledge of AWS services and AI to evaluate trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, AI-driven and operationally sound. - Lead integration efforts with existing software and hardware systems deployed across Amazon sites, independently resolving cross-team technical challenges and driving alignment across organizations. - Manage program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple engineering teams.
