Sr. Technical Program Manager, Product & Offers Experience

We own the experiences that help hundreds of millions of customers make confident purchase decisions, from landing on a product page to adding to cart. Our work spans offer selection, offer display, pricing presentation, and the rich product information surrounding the buy box -- directly driving the majority of purchase decisions on Amazon across mobile, desktop, and voice. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across our engineering and product teams. You will own end-to-end execution for our highest-impact initiatives -- building integrated plans, managing dependencies, removing blockers, and keeping teams moving with high quality. You will work closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and stakeholders across BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
