Sr. Technical Program Manager, RBS Tech - DIQ

Lead end-to-end technical program delivery across ML/AI development, data pipeline architecture, and science-driven solutions that address critical retail challenges including catalog enrichment, defect root-cause analysis, cost allocation, and profitability modeling Partner across retail organizations to identify customer problems, define technical solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in collaboration with Selection, Supply Chain, Category, and Marketplace teams Serve as technical liaison between Applied Science, Data Engineering, and Business teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring models are production-ready for scale Drive architecture and system design discussions that evaluate trade-offs and ensure solutions support scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency across large-scale retail operations Manage cross-functional dependencies and competing priorities across Science, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Retail organizations, driving alig BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership - Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
