As a Sr TPM you will be expected to • Own programs with significant complexity with broad cross-organizational and/or deep architectural impact. • Drive large engineering efforts that solve significantly difficult problems for internal team and external partners • Identify risks/opportunities in technical strategies, architecture(s), in engineering organization structure(s). • Scope, plan, implement and deliver projects and programs, and collaborate with program managers and senior leaders to align with strategic vision and goals • Drive projects cross functionally, build partnerships with other organizations, and work proactively with business teams to ensure security objectives are met • Establish metrics and regular reporting mechanisms • Support deep dive assessments and ad-hoc data analysis requests • Deliver findings, recommendations and remediation steps for all activities BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
