A Supply Chain Manager is expected to - Think Big and identify improvement opportunities and gaps in existing process and works with key stakeholders to execute/resolve them - Define goals and able to design a long-term strategy, helps define vision - Ensure customer outcomes are auditable, decisions are data-driven, and work quality is measurable. - Use expertise and judgment to determine the right stakeholders to take informed decisions. - Pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed - Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures - Manage complex problems/efforts, decisions, and escalations, mitigate long-term risks. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - 2+ years of supply chain experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
