Support Engineer III, Benefits Experience & Technology (BXT)

1. Work with Data engineering teams in fixing and building data pipelines 2. Supporting and building automations (SQL, Pythons, AWS, Glue, S3) 3. Understanding and executing manual process supporting Benefits Domain, identifying and building use cases for Automation BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent - 2+ years of progressive experience in support engineering or software development or a related field - 2+ year of experience with at least one scripting language such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby or similar - 2+ year of experience writing SQL queries including but not limited to using joins, aggregate functions and window functions - Experience with AWS services, S3 and Glue PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON - Experience in systems patching and maintenance - Experience with ETL processes - Experience with AWS services and Linux operating systems - Experience in automation with CI/CD, Data Quality Management and Operations - Good understanding of systems monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting - Excellent technical knowledge in building and deploying cloud applications - 1+ year of experience/understanding of AWS technologies such as S3, Glue, Lake For
