System Development Engineer II, Customer Experience Infrastructure (CXI)

Primary responsibilities include coding software features, troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues, developing monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and scaling, implementing the fix for internally developed code, performing SQL queries, updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges. Responsibilities also include working alongside development on team's software projects, updating/enhancing our current software, automation of support processes and documentation of our systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-stack software development — including backend and frontend engineering with Java, Python, React, and AWS — along with hands-on experience across the full delivery lifecycle: deployment, testing, documentation, and operations. In this role, you will partner closely with business and technical teams to analyze co BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby - Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure - 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with distributed systems at scale - Experience building services using AWS products - Experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering - Knowledge of a front-end language (Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc.) - Knowledge of database systems and SQL
