1. Execute recurring program workflows (tracker updates, milestone follow-ups, compliance checks, vendor coordination) with accuracy and adherence to defined timelines 2. Perform structured data pulls and analysis to surface trends, flag deviations, and support root cause investigations led by senior team members 3. Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and program documentation with zero lag and complete data integrity 4. Coordinate with cross-functional partners (operations, finance, supply chain, last-mile) to collect inputs, follow up on pending action items, and ensure dependencies are closed on time 5. Identify process gaps or recurring defects in daily operations and escalate with supporting data and preliminary observations 6. Support store launch readiness activities by tracking configuration status, audit completion, and go-live checklists across workstreams 7. Document SOPs, playbooks, and lessons learned to enable process repeatability and reduce onboarding time for new team members BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in stakeholder management and communication management - Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment - Experience using Excel at an advanced level including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using SQL
