Team Lead, Quick Commerce

1. Execute recurring program workflows (tracker updates, milestone follow-ups, compliance checks, vendor coordination) with accuracy and adherence to defined timelines 2. Perform structured data pulls and analysis to surface trends, flag deviations, and support root cause investigations led by senior team members 3. Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and program documentation with zero lag and complete data integrity 4. Coordinate with cross-functional partners (operations, finance, supply chain, last-mile) to collect inputs, follow up on pending action items, and ensure dependencies are closed on time 5. Identify process gaps or recurring defects in daily operations and escalate with supporting data and preliminary observations 6. Support store launch readiness activities by tracking configuration status, audit completion, and go-live checklists across workstreams 7. Document SOPs, playbooks, and lessons learned to enable process repeatability and reduce onboarding time for new team members BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with Excel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using SQL
