Tech Infrastructure Program Manager, AWS Data Center Planning & Delivery

Infrastructure TPM owns delivery of new DC across one or more availability zones in India. They manage 5+ projects at any time. They bridge internal customers, business functions, (Planning, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Policy, Operations), and functional delivery teams (Construction, Commissioning, Controls, Fiber and Network) to enable on-time and right sized delivery of new DC capacity. The scope begins with early expansion planning, which includes a feasibility analysis to approve expansion plans and associated build timelines. They evaluate multiple factors prior to approving a new plan of record, including owned/leased/collocated DC supply, utility delivery (power, water, and fiber), and long lead equipment (LLE) availability. It requires region-wide knowledge and monitoring of in-flight projects, major risks, and remediation efforts to ensure DC delivery is not only on track to meet supply commitments but also to meet customer demand, which is constantly changing. A successful TPM must be capable of managing a combination of metrics, tools, and mechanisms to remain aware of ongoing risks or issues that require their action, decision, mitigations, or effort to identify alternative solutions communicating up, down, and across the organization to align direction, gain support and drive remediation efforts BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience - Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
