Key Requirements The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. They will need to demonstrate an ability BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience - Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience - Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates - Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deep PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
