Technical Program Manager III, IES Prime

1. Define and validate complex program requirements across multiple stakeholder teams, solving ambiguous problems and proactively identifying risks related to Prime lifecycle experiences 2. Partner with engineering teams to create high-level technical designs and architectural for implementing solutions that integrate with various Amazon systems, ensuring scalability and performance for high-volume customer experiences 3. Drive end-to-end program management for technical initiatives that enhance Prime membership growth, benefit engagement 4. Lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical constraints, making smart trade-offs between short and long-term requirements 5. Streamline processes and implement operational excellence procedures to improve concurrent project delivery while monitoring metrics and program health BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
