Technical Program Manager III, REX

- Lead end-to-end program management of large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple engineering teams , managing planning, execution, status reporting, and coordination against delivery commitments - Partner with business and engineering teams to translate product vision into technical requirements, facilitate roadmap development, and shape overall solutions that balance immediate business needs with long-term platform health and evolution - Drive alignment and execution across technical and non-technical workstreams by coordinating with Technical Program Managers and Product Managers to synchronize initiatives, resolve dependencies, and ensure delivery against compliance readiness dates - Proactively identify and mitigate program risks before they become blockers, making strategic trade-offs between scope, timeline, and resources while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and escalating appropriately - Coordinate with Software Development Engineers in Test and Quality Assurance teams to ensure thorough testing and quality standards are met before feature BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
