TL - AMZL, Lastmile Operations

Lead end-to-end AMZL Last Mile operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-centric delivery execution. Own shift performance, operational planning, and execution against key delivery, quality, productivity, and customer experience metrics. Manage delivery capacity, manpower, vehicle/biker deployment, and peak readiness based on forecasted volume. Lead, coach, and develop frontline teams, driving productivity, engagement, performance, and accountability. Partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to improve capacity, compliance, productivity, and delivery performance. Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and performance gaps, and implement corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, process standardization, and waste elimination to improve operational efficiency. Manage escalations proactively and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational constraints. Ensure adherence to Safety, Quality, Compliance, and Amazon operational standards. Drive a culture of Customer Obsession, Ownership, Bias for Action, and Operational Excellence while delivering sustainable business results. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with Excel PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
