Translation Team Manager, TSOps

- Lead a team of 8+ members across multiple locations. - Monitor linguistic goals and deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines. - Together with peer managers develop and implement relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). - Align with intra- and inter-departmental leadership on the strategy for linguistic quality governance. - Partner with stakeholders worldwide to ensure operational efficiency. - Collaborate with partner teams to leverage linguistic expertise for developing translation and quality assurance models. - Utilize data to drive decision-making. - Prepare and present reports to senior leadership. - Promote continuous learning and professional growth and enhance the team's capabilities in emerging translation technologies. - Coach team members on their projects and career development BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization - 4+ years of team leadership experience, or Master's degree - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English - - Strong understanding of translation technologies, AI-driven translation tools, and CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) systems.
