Transportation Representative, ROW IB

An Transportation Representative provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by checking and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends and be able to drive seller experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the basic understanding of inbounding and should be able to communicate clearly in english in the written and verbal form via mails and hotline calls. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams - Experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of working over internet and successfully navigating websites - Graduation from a recognized university - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language. - Ability to communicate correctly and understand the issues. - Ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution. - Deep diving skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
