Workforce Staffing Specialist, WFS APAC

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships; · Develop, negotiate and manage vendor partner agreements; · Assist with coordinating the management of ongoing relationships with existing vendor partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact; · Support the analysis and tracking of key metrics to evaluate immediate and long-term success of partnerships and relationships; Identify opportunity areas in building an inclusive workplace for underrepresented cohorts at Amazon and drive alignment with senior leadership across functions - creating detailed proposal and implementation roadmaps covering infrastructure accommodations, systems, process and technology and communications and sensitization ; · Support the development and implementation plans to support community engagement efforts at the grassroots level in partnership with WFS staffing and sourcing managers; · Support increasing goodwill and knowledge of hourly job opportunities with national, state and local influencers through experiential learning opportunities (e.g. tours, speaking engagements, and workshops); · Partn BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience - Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences - Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree - Experience in program or project management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications and experience in software development - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in software development
