Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing leader to drive scalable and efficient user growth for Paytm Money within the Paytm ecosystem. This role will own the end-to-end paid growth charter across mutual funds, equities, derivatives and MTF with a strong focus on acquisition efficiency, funnel optimization, and ROI-driven scaling. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and product, this role will play a critical part in accelerating new user acquisition, improving activation rates, and maximizing lifetime value across investment products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Marketing Strategy & Ownership: * Own and drive the performance marketing strategy across channels (Google, Meta,, programmatic, OEMs). * Manage large-scale acquisition budgets with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and payback periods. * Scale user acquisition across mutual funds, equities, and derivatives segments. 2.
