Assistant Manager - Supply
Swiggy
Bengaluru
About the Role: Member-only hotel rates are the first promise CREW makes. This role is the person who makes that promise true. We are looking for a commercially sharp Assistant Manager - Hotel Supply & Partnerships to build CREW's directly contracted hotel portfolio. You will sit down with hotels, resorts and regional chains across our priority markets and negotiate the rate, the inclusions and the terms that let a CREW member book a stay that is visibly better than what they'd get on any public OTA. Half this job is deal-making. The other half is a daily discipline: knowing every morning where CREW's rate stands against the market on the properties that matter, spotting the parity break or the undercut the day it appears, and doing something about it before a member sees a cheaper price elsewhere.  This is a build role, not a maintenance one. The portfolio is early: you'll be working from where our members actually travel and where we're currently losing bookings on price, and closing those gaps property by property, city by city. You'll also own what happens after the signature - getting the rate loaded, mapped and live, holding the hotel to the terms when a member is standing at the front desk, and renewing on better commercials next season. We're looking for someone with genuine hotel supply-side experience - OTA, bedbank or wholesaler, TMC, hotel chain sales or revenue management, or a DMC - who has signed contracts themselves and knows the commercial vocabulary cold. The ideal candidate is street-smart in a negotiation, comfortable arguing a rate with data in hand, and has the ownership to chase a contract from first meeting to first booking without waiting for perfect clarity. Key Responsibilities: Build the portfolio: Identify, negotiate and close direct contracts with hotels, resorts and regional chains across CREW's priority markets.  Negotiate commercials: Net and static rates, allocation and release periods, cancellation terms, MLOS, blackout h

lead – on deck payments
CRED
bengaluru
CRED is an exclusive community for India's most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for good financial behaviour. CRED was born out of a need to restore focus on a long-lost virtue — trust. the idea: create a community built on trust and scale this behaviour until it becomes the norm. building a community like this requires a community of its own; a group of passionate, driven people with the freedom to take big swings and chase meaningful outcomes. a group that believes in solving problems elegantly, moving fast, thinking first principles, and constantly raising the bar. here's what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the team. as a lead within the payments pod, you will own the end-to-end strategy, growth, and p&l for one of CRED's most important engagement surfaces — high-frequency, transactional payment categories that form the backbone of member habit and retention. this role is responsible for step-change growth — scaling active transacting members 2–3× by making on-deck payment flows habit-forming, low-friction, and trust-reinforcing for CRED members. The mandate is not short-term monetisation, but maximising active transacting members at the lowest cost to serve, while building a compliant, resilient, and scalable business. you will work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and external ecosystem partners to define the future roadmap for the category and translate strategy into execution.
